Once Homesquared has determined your home’s custom service schedule, we will present an outline of the scheduled services and cost. This is an opportunity to further customize your plan if needed, adding or subtracting services as you prefer so that you’re only paying for what you need to keep your home in optimal condition.
Once you review and agree to a custom service schedule, Homesquared will present an agreement outlining what services you request and the agreed-upon subscription price. The contract agreement can be terminated by you at any time. Once the agreement/contract is agreed and signed, you can choose your preferred day or days for services to begin. From there all your work is done. Just relax and enjoy those weekends with friends and family and leave those time robbing home chores to us.

- 5,000 sq ft home: $329/mo
- 8,000 sq ft home: $449/mo
